What the client wanted
This project involved creating a stylish, practical garden that could be enjoyed comfortably by everyone. The design brought together a bespoke garden room and a complete garden landscaping transformation, with level, wheelchair-friendly access incorporated throughout. Careful consideration was given to the layout so the different areas connected naturally with the house, while creating plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. The result needed to balance accessibility and everyday usability with a contemporary, high-quality finish across the entire garden.

Working closely with the client, we designed and delivered a complete garden transformation that combines modern landscaping with practical, low-maintenance materials to create a more usable outdoor space.
Millboard decking was installed to create raised areas within the garden, providing clearly defined spaces for outdoor seating, relaxing and entertaining. The contemporary finish of the decking complements the wider landscaping while offering a durable alternative to traditional timber that requires minimal ongoing maintenance.
Premium artificial grass was installed across the main lawn area, creating a clean, consistent finish throughout the year. By combining the lawn with carefully positioned decking and paved areas, we were able to introduce different textures and levels while ensuring each section of the garden feels connected.
New paving and pathways provide practical access between the different areas of the garden, helping to create a natural flow through the finished space. The paving also provides additional hardstanding for outdoor furniture and entertaining, making more of the garden usable throughout the year.
New fencing was installed around the garden to provide privacy and create a smart, consistent backdrop for the landscaping. The combination of fencing, decking, paving and artificial grass gives each part of the garden its own purpose without making the overall design feel fragmented.
By combining quality materials with careful planning and professional landscaping, we transformed the garden into a contemporary, low-maintenance outdoor space designed around how the client wanted to use it. The finished result provides dedicated areas for relaxing and entertaining while giving the entire garden a clean, cohesive finish.
