What the client wanted
The client at Fullerton Crescent wanted to make more use of their outdoor space by creating a large, practical area where they could relax and entertain guests.
The aim was to extend their usable living space beyond the main house, with a substantial patio and covered canopy forming the centre of the project.
The key requirements included:
A spacious outdoor living area with plenty of room for guests.
A large patio to create a practical space for outdoor furniture and socialising.
A covered canopy offering shelter from the elements.

How we built it
Designer Garden Rooms created a substantial outdoor living area incorporating a large patio and covered canopy.
The generous patio provides an open space for relaxing, hosting friends and spending time outdoors, while the canopy creates a sheltered area that can be enjoyed even when the weather is less favourable.
By combining these two elements, the design makes the outdoor space more practical and versatile.
